The Biodiversity Museum of Ibi is hosting from today the exhibition entitled
“Spices. El Universo del sabor- Espècies. L’Univers del gust”, organised
by the Carmencita Chair of Gastronomic Flavour Studies at the University of Alicante.
The exhibition shows how culinary herbs and spices, in spite of their insignificant appearance, their
