HOME REFORM IN MULTIFAMILY BUILDING
This house is an interior reform of 53m2, built in the 50’s that was never remodeled before. With an approximate budget of 42,000 euros, including facade, waterproofing of the roof and painting of the stairwell, it made the ingenuity and work, hand in hand, with the property and the builder necessarily precise and fluid in order to achieve success in this house for Cristiana and Jose.
No furniture goes beyond 2.30 m in height. The kitchen-living room is articulated with a 1.40 m base unit; kitchen worktop, hall or living room unit at the same time.
A small overhang to the façade was established as a garden-courtyard, a more economical solution than changing all the carpentry and insulated-repair such a quantity of construction problems. This decision provided the house with a pleasant and intimate relationship with the exterior.
